What’s your privacy policy?

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

 

Is my credit card number and information safe?

At Sensea Swimwear we are committed with your information safety and security. All your information will be kept safe and confidential. We do not share your financial information.

 

How can I check on my order?

The moment we send your order, a tracking number is sent to you in order to check the status of your package. In case you don’t get yours, you can contact us through customercare@sensea.co

 

How can I return my merchandise?

RETURN FOR REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE. Returned or exchanged products must be unworn, unsoiled or laundered, with all ticketing, tags and protective shields attached, in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

If you wish to receive a refund, simply send your item(s) back to us within 15 days of the delivery date. All refund requests will incur in postage and handling charges on the returned items, and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Please note that all shipping charges for returns and / or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable if the package is rejected by the customer / customs or lost. If rights and / or taxes are issued, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Sale ítems are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Promotional garments do not have a refund, only change for sizes.

 

How can I exchange my merchandise?

RETURN FOR EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.

If you wish to receive an exchange or store credit, simply send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of the delivery date including a form filled out. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Store Credits are good for 6 months.
Sale ítems are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How do I know what size to order, do your swimsuits run small?

Please refer to the size chart in the principal menu. Sensea Swimwear runs smaller than mainstream lines, so please if you are in between sizes, we recommend going up a size.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Sensea Swimwear accepts payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club)

• Debit Card (Payments PSE)

 

What requirements do you need to make payments through PayU?

• Have a computer with an internet connection.

• Have an active credit or debit card.

• To make the purchase, you must access a payment platform with the security and confidentiality guarantees offered by PayU. You must enter your name and surnames, the digits of your credit card or the credit with which to make a purchase and the validation results of the card (CVV / CVC / CID).

 

Are Payments secure through PayU? Are my data protected?

Yes. PayU is a platform ready to work in a totally secure way through the Internet. The confidentiality of the data is guaranteed by the security system offered by this company, which has a security certificate PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
